Mid-distance trail; surfaces from asphalt to rock to dirt, well-maintained in places, but not throughout; the route is fairly well marked.

Trail Description:

A rustic trail, winding through a variety of scenery and landscapes, albeit mostly all rural, leads from the pilgrimage church through an area famed as the home of the Schioppettino varietal, to the edge of Gorizia Province, in the Collio wine region.
